Voter turnout in a runoff election is always difficult to project. History has favored Republican candidates for a variety of reasons, but there is plenty of cause to believe that the January 5th, 2021 runoff could be different. A historic amount of money is being spent on the election and the Democrats have been registering tens of thousands of voters in Georgia for months while the Republicans have not.
